Accessing Your Financial Aid Information Online

Students can now access their financial aid information online using the Student Information System.  Students use their email logon information to access the system.  Click "Student Portal" on the menu.  Entering Freshman should receive their email logon information in the mail towards the end of July.
 Financial Aid Awards

These awards may be estimated awards.   You can check on the status of your financial aid application by contacting the Financial Aid Office or using the Student Information System.  If your application for financial aid is being verified, if there are changes made to income information that you previously reported, or if you receive awards from other sources that are not listed below, the offers shown must be adjusted at a later date.  Also, not all awards listed below, such as College Work Study or Work Scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, room and board.   Please notify the RU Financial Aid Office as soon as possible if you will be receiving funds from other sources.  This includes assistantships, scholarships, grants, stipends, etc.

You can find out additional information about your award by clicking on the award.  By clicking on  the award status, you can find out if these awards are finalized.  You must return the award letter that was sent to you offering these awards if they were awarded through the Financial Aid Office. 

You can compare your awards to the cost of attending RU (undergraduate/ graduate).  If you need additional funds or other financing options to help with college costs, you may want to consider the Parent Loan Program (PLUS),  Alternative Loans, or the Highlander Payment Plan.
