Please click on the lender that you are using to go to their website to sign your Federal Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note.  You will need to sign a note if this is your first time borrowing at Radford University or if you previously borrowed from Bank of America.  If you previously borrowed from National Education, you will be signing a new note for a new lender.
